Colleen is a purebred Sheltie, a bit larger than the standard Sheltie size.  She has experience doing a photo shoot for a major retailer.  She does competitive agility, has advanced trick training, great recall and obedience skills. Colleen is quick to learn new things, but hesitates if too many people are around her that she doesn't know. However, with food, she can be bribed to do most things!  Colleen takes a while to build trust, but she is very reliable, once she learns something, she doesn't forget.  Her behavior is to be more on the shy side, but she is very smart having more confidence when her brother Wyatt (also on Furry Friends) is with her. Colleen gets many compliments for being so cute, she is always by my side, a trusted friend.  Sometimes I think she is more clever than I am! She walks nice on a leash, she's very quiet for a Sheltie but she does express herself when happy and does bark when someone comes near the house.  She loves napping on the couch when she is not busy.  She is not a huge fan of small, busy kids, she prefers being around adults and in a quieter setting. You can always find us at an agility trial or fun match, having a play date with other sheltie friends or out training...Rain or shine, we're always on the go!
