Toby is generally a chill dog. He has his bursts of energy at times and is quite the funny character. Loves people as well. He is a rescue so to see where he came from and now is night and day. He is amazing at modeling. His smile and button eyes are one of a kind and melt everyone’s hearts. You can’t help but fall in love with him as soon as you meet him.
