Since being rescued at the age of 9 months, Tanner loves life and every moment of it. He epitomizes the dog a child would draw in their notebook -- rolling in the mud, splashing in the lake, running across an open field at warp speed -- if you are looking for a "real" dog, Tanner is your man. He's fast to make friends with anyone who will sit and pet him, including young children and elderly people. Tanner has an off-switch and will lay contentedly on a mark, and focus when his attention is requested. He has competed at the National level in dog agility and also holds titles in Rally Obedience, Dock Diving, Scent Detection and Disc Dog. He is a very versatile fella who is sure to win hearts everywhere he goes.
