Penny is the most affectionate dog. She always knows what her humans are feeling and can put a smile on anyone’s face, and she does! She is a lover of all animals including horses and cats. She is energetic and silly and has the funniest personality, especially when she gets the rottie rumbles when you tell her no! Penny is the most loveable dog. She truly is the best of both a Rottweiler and a Border Collie. She is both lazy and playful and smart but stubborn.
