Oscar is a fun, relaxed little 8 year old Maltese! He is lower energy, likes to relax, and likes to hang out with friends (both two and four legged) at the Harbourfront, to people and dog watch and bark at birds and ducks. He loves sleeping on any human surface (bed, couch, etc.), and loves to get scratches and belly rubs from new people when he is the centre of attention!
