K9 Ice vom Ferguson is a stunning, sassy, fit, and very vocal working-line black sable German Shepherd with a heart of pure gold. She has an exceptional disposition that allows her to confidently and happily work with people of all ages, from kids to adults, while still bringing serious drive and intensity to the job. Ice is highly motivated by both food and toys, thrives on engagement, and genuinely loves to work.
She is incredibly affectionate, adores people and children, and remains neutral around other dogs, making her a joy to have on set or in public environments. Ice can bark on command both on and off leash, step seamlessly into a protection role, and confidently engage in bite work, latching onto a tug or sleeve with precision and enthusiasm.
Athleticism is one of her standout traits. Ice chases the lure for Sprinter, clocking an impressive 46 km per hour, and continues to train in obedience, protection, bite work, and agility. She has completed full obstacle courses and is skilled on jumps, the A-frame, dog walk, platforms, tunnel, table, tire, mat, and all standard agility equipment. She’s also a dedicated dock diver who loves the water—whether leaping for distance, grabbing a toy mid-air, or swimming out for a retrieve.
Despite being a very busy, driven girl, Ice has an off-switch when it counts. She will pose calmly and confidently for photo shoots and productions without issue. She heels beautifully on or off leash using food or toy rewards, maintains a solid down-stay (with distance continuously improving), and boasts an incredible recall. Ice has earned multiple trick titles up to Expert, showing off both brains and versatility.
Ice has already showcased her talents for FPP, appearing in TV series episodes, student films, and professional photo shoots. Whether she’s performing high-energy action work, playing in the backyard with a family, or striking the perfect pose for the camera, Ice shines. And when the work is done?
