Everest was born March 3, 2025. After wanting a border collie my entire life and waiting until i had the means to satisfy their energy levels, I finally found her! Not only is this girl super talented but she is also beautiful!!! She is slate merle colored, carrying a unique dilution gene sequence, causing a lighter colored version of the typical blue merle coats. Everest is also the most friendly girl i have ever met. She loves everyone she meets and is dog and cat friendly, often greeting new people with a toy in her mouth or whimpering with excitement. Frisbee is her favorite game but she loves all types of toys, playing fetch, tug and especially swimming. Chasing bubbles and jumping into a toddler's ball pit are some of her other favorite activities. Everest has earned her AKC Performer Trick Dog Title before the age of 2 years old; she absolutely enjoys learning new things and is always looking to please. She has also earned her AKC Beginner Scent Work Title, and we're currently working on our BCAT title in AKC Fastcat (Lure Coursing). We have been learning agility together at home, but just completed our first professional training class together in order to help us work towards the next level. Everest is the best K-9 companion and I would love the world to get to see and appreciate just how special she is!
