Charlie is a very sweet & affectionate therapy dog! He loves all people, is really good kids and overall he aims to please. Very treat and toy motivated. He's good around different mobility devices (wheelchairs, walkers, etc). He usually greets new people with the biggest smile as if it’s been years since he’s seen you - even if he hasn’t met you before! He is a small/medium size dog (a bit bigger than 'small', but smaller than the average 'medium' size). Participated in: Pet Valu casting shoot (Nov. 2022), PV lifestyle photoshoot (Jan. 2023, with FPP on set), PV holiday e-comm photoshoot (Aug. 2024 - photos out now!). He’s also had photos professionally twice, so he’s comfortable with the camera and on a set. He enjoys playing in water (not swimming though), playing with toys (lamb chop is a favourite), sticks, balls and going on walks. He can give paw, five (1 paw up), high five (both paws up), and loves to ‘boop’! and gives lots of hugs as well. He listens well, walks well and is fine off leash when it's appropriate. He has good recall and 'touch' command. He does well in the car. He will wear just about anything as well - boots, sweaters, coats, harnesses, bandanas, hats, etc - he's been dressed for all weather, seasons and holidays. He does well in store environments. Other favourites are rolling and army crawling in grass, carpet and turf; rolling in leaves. Catching leaves and snow. Great on furniture and loves to snuggle. Enjoys food toys/puzzles. He also gets along well with other dogs, and is good at being neutral around other dogs.
