Cesar is a 3-year-old East European Shepherd. He came from the Ukraine. Cesar is a majestic-looking, noble and highly intelligent boy.  Cesar is obedient, loves to work and learn new things and always behaves like a model citizen. Cesar is attentive and focused, very friendly with people. He learns new tricks from the first try and remembers. Cesar can be taken anywhere and behaves very well. He is patient and obedient and always knows what to do. Cesar will not react to noises, kids, other animals, gun shots and will stay in position until released.  Cesar looks fierce and he can be protective when needed, but is  very loving and enjoys giving hugs to people (only when allowed to) by getting on his hind paws and putting his front paws on people's shoulders. He also likes to give kisses.  Cesar  has a BH Schutzhund title, which is an obedience and temperament test. Cesar's favorite things to do are: swimming in any water he can find, hiking, working on his obedience skills, accompanying mom and dad on errands, and sleeping on the couch.
