Candy is an extremely sociable, people-person dog. She lives to meet and become best friends with total strangers. She is the materialization of the statement “I just met you and I love you.” She is very gentle with children. She has high energy in spurts, which is pretty rare for her breed and her age. She loves all dogs of all sizes and breeds. She loves hiking, winter/snow, and swimming in the summer. She sits at the dinner table with us and waits for food. She loves pizza and is generally like a trash can that will accept any food we throw into her mouth (except lettuce, because lettuce isn’t real food anyway!). She loves to pose for photos and videos and is truly great at it, she understands when we whip out the camera to take pictures and will do anything to please (and get treats)!
