Butter is a lovable goofball, a young mixed-breed rescue from north of Thunder Bay whose Embark results revealed a mix of Lab, Rottweiler, Husky, Malamute, German Shepherd, Collie, and Norwegian Elkhound. Despite her wild lineage, she looks like a cartoon Golden Retriever. Her charm isn’t just skin-deep: she’s bright, curious, and deeply aware of the world around her, always watching birds in the sky or looking up as planes pass overhead. A feisty teen with a playful spirit, Butter makes everyone around her laugh and is highly adaptable in any situation. She loves being part of the action, whether she’s retrieving sticks and balls, showing off her soccer skills, or splashing around in the water. She’s a social butterfly with lots of dog friends and is friendly with people, kids and adults alike. At the park, she’s happiest wrestling and running with the other dogs (and sometimes chasing squirrels). At home she’s a world-class snuggler who loves couch time with her mom and dad. She happily showers anyone she meets with enthusiastic kisses.
