Description
Butter is a true northern rescue dog from north of Thunder Bay whose Embark results revealed a mix of Lab, Rottweiler, Husky, Malamute, German Shepherd, and Collie. Despite her wild lineage, she looks like a cartoon Golden Retriever. She’s smart, curious, and deeply aware of her surroundings -- she is always looking for birds in the sky and is constantly on the hunt for squirrels. Butter makes everyone around her laugh and is highly adaptable in any situation. Whether that's cruising on the TTC in the big city or jumping off a boat on the lake. She’s a social butterfly and is very friendly around kids, cats and dogs of all sizes. Sometimes she needs a reminder to play gently, but she really just wants to lick anyone and everything, she's a big kisser!!!! She's been joining in on weekly choir rehearsals for the past year and now likes to sing along during warm ups. She loves swimming and going for hikes, and she really loves the snow! Butter has been on set and didn't seem to mind the camera, lights or the crew of people - and she was always trying to place herself in front of the lens!!! She also loves to play soccer, her specialty is trying to stop the ball from going past and she likes to push / herd it back to you.
