Hi I’m DTango but my friends call me DT or Dee…guess they forget that the ‘D’ is silent! I am a bright eyed, bushy tailed little pocket rocket, well minus the bushy tail as we Bull Terriers don’t have those! We DO however have the most fantastic egg shaped heads and are the only breed with triangle eyes, yup we sure are one of a kind, pure unicorns if I do say so myself.

Our breed is known in the dog world as the clowns, often described as 3 year olds in a dog suit, that’s because we love to mess around, to make the humans around us laugh, think it’s the attention that refuels our mischief tank. I personally love attention, no matter the kind and will do what ever it takes to get it! Whether it be stealing tv remotes, doing tricks or dressing up. If I had to choose I would say dressing up for attention is my favourite, whether it be a simple bandana, glasses, boots or a full out costume I am game if there are people or a camera around, plus it always means TREATS and sometimes ribbons!

I love posing for a camera, had the honour of working with a professional photographer and even got my photos in a breed calendar. He loved how I followed him everywhere, followed directions, stayed as still as a post and was perfectly comfortable being moved around into position. What can I say, I see a camera and I have to flash my pearly white smile.

If you ask my staff they would say that I am the whole package, and I don’t even pay them! They say I am cute as a button; thanks to my compact size, bright eyes, heart shaped nose and slightly larger ears I will forever look like a puppy. My glistening black coat could stop traffic and my pure white mickey mouse hands are beyond adorable especially when giving out ‘high fives’. Wait a tick, whats that? I am a smart cookie too!? Oh wowza I AM the whole package! That’s right I can do some tricks too!

I am an expert treat hunter, will search until removed from the area. I love to spin, use my hands, perch, peekaboo, you name it! If there are treats involved I will be there with bells on!
