Jasper is friendly and loves people, especially children. He likes to be close to people and wants to say hi to most people and dogs he meets. He likes other dogs.  He is energetic and loves playing ball (or anything that rolls). He also loves playing in water.  Overall, he is a big goofball. He likes to “talk” (he barks when excited). sometimes he’s anxious in new situations and can be vocal (barks).
