Description
Howie is a scruffy, happy little guy with a sweet mohawk. He LOVES people and food. He is very food motivated and learns new things quickly. We live on a farm so he’s used to being off leash, with large dogs, cats, horses and goats. He loves car rides. People always tell me he reminds them of Max from the Grinch. He has a very expressive face.
