With a strong obedience foundation, he follows cues beautifully, making him versatile for both stills and video work. Oakley thrives around people, has a gentle, approachable temperament, and loves connecting with new friends, human or furry. We’re based in Ottawa but are more than willing to travel to Montreal, Toronto, and surrounding areas for the right project.
